Lose weight By Walking

If the motive is to lose weight by walking, then the need arises to walk about 5 miles a day, which if counted in terms of steps, make up around 10,000 steps. If you are not into walking and exercising, then there can be different ways, through which your fitness walking workout can be carried out. It is preferable to use stairs instead of using elevator. Dogs are man's best friends, so why not go for a walk with your friend. Take small duration breaks in the midst of your work and walk a few steps.
